At 6-foot-3, 190 pounds, Davis is known as an all-around floor general who knows how to run the offense and is like having another coach on the floor. He is also known as an on-the-ball lockdown defender. While at Stanford, he averaged 10.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.9 assists in 13 games last season. Davis earned a Communications degree at Stanford and will have one full year of eligibility to play for the Washington Huskies, after taking advantage of the extra year due to the NCAA Covid-19 pandemic rule for eligibility.

University of Washington head coach Mike Hopkins has added transfers Terrell Brown, Jr. (Arizona), and Emmitt Matthews, Jr. (West Virginia), along with Samuel Ariyibi (NBA Africa Academy) to the Husky family, the program announced Friday. All three will be immediately eligible for the 2021-22 season.
