BREAKING: Jimmy Lake Fired With National Search To Begin Immediately

University of Washington Director of Athletics Jen Cohen announced today that Head Football Coach Jimmy Lake has been relieved of his duties, effective immediately. The University will honor the terms of his contract. Assistant Coach Bob Gregory will serve as the Interim Head Coach for the remainder of the season.

Huskies Implode During Crunch Time In 35-30 Defeat Against Arizona State

This was a gut-wrenching loss for the Washington Football Program!  This game was extremely winnable by the Huskies, as they were up double digits in the fourth quarter.  What ensued was 21 unanswered points by the Sun Devils, before the Huskies answered with an academic touchdown at the end.

Huskies Offense Sputters In 26-16 Defeat To Oregon

This was a very winnable game for the Huskies if they had taken advantage of field position and offensive opportunities early in the first half but it got away from them.  With three games left to play and two wins to become bowl eligible, it is a roll of the dice at this point, if they can get it done.
