“The 25 Days Of Husky Christmas” – 2 Days ‘Til

“DubLife” is doing its third consecutive season of the annual Holiday countdown to Christmas highlighting special moments in Husky Athletics history. Our segment is meant to bring positive thoughts of our favorite university during a time of the year where thanks and reflection are at the forefront of our minds.  This year's version will feature 25 random and exciting moments, in no particular order or ranking of importance.

BREAKING: Husky Legend Jim Lambright Passes Away At Age 77

A 1960 graduate of Everett High School, Lambright came to the UW to play for head coach Jim Owens. He lettered from 1962 through 1964, playing on the Huskies' 1963 team that won a conference title and a trip to the Rose Bowl. In 1964, he earned All-Coast honors as a defensive end, and also earned the Guy Flaherty Most Inspirational Award, Husky football's oldest and most prestigious team award.
