For the second straight day, the Washington Huskies Football coaching staff is riding some great momentum on the recruiting trail.
Earlier this morning, three-star local tight end recruit Caden Jumper announced his commitment to the University of Washington via his twitter account.
Jumper is a nearby product from Eatonville High School in Eatonville, Washington who has really caught the eye of first year Husky tight ends coach Derham Cato.
At 6-foot-3, 245 pounds, Jumper has great athleticism and a ton of potential to become the next great tight end at Washington.
Jumper is currently ranked as the #87 tight end nationally and also the #31 overall best player from the state of Washington according to 247Sports.
He also had offers from Army and UC Davis while garnering interest from the Oregon Ducks and Oregon State Beavers.
Jumper is the #4 verbal commitment for the Washington Huskies for the 2021 recruiting class, joining three-star cornerback Zakhari Spears and five-star quarterback Sam Huard and three-star defensive lineman Kuao Peihopa.
