BREAKING: Jared Hilbers Signs Undrafted Free Agent Contract With The Jets

The 2020 NFL Draft had three offensive line entries from the University of Washington, with one of them flying under the radar.

Immediately after the draft, Husky offensive lineman Jared Hilbers signed an undrafted free agent contract with the New York Jets.

Hilbers proved himself as a reliable option at the tackle position and was shifted between right tackle and left tackle throughout his career at Washington.

Back in 2018, Hilbers was named an Academic All-Pac-12 Honorable Mention while becoming a physical offensive lineman for the Huskies.

He started every game of the 2019 season at right tackle, while being named to Pro Football Focus All-Pac-12 second team.

Hilbers is from Beaverton, Oregon where he played his high school ball at Beaverton High School before joining the Washington Huskies.
