Latu, who plays his high school ball at Jesuit High School in Carmichael, California is yet another huge recruiting score for the Husky Football program.

At 6-foot-5 and 270 pounds, Latu is regarded as one of the top rush ends in the entire nation, and is a relentless off the edge.

He is currently ranked as an ESPN 300 player and is rated in the top ten in the nation at his position, by both 247Sports and Rivals.

The Huskies have been sorely missing an elite sack specialist off the edge the entire season and Latu will look to fill that void.

Latu chose Washington over USC in the end and coming into his official visit this past weekend, the Trojans were said to be his leader.

Other schools that Latu was considering was Alabama, Georgia, Notre Dame, Tennessee, Oregon, Florida, Nebraska, Cal, and Stanford.

Latu is the 21st known commitment for the Washington Huskies in the 2019 recruiting class which is finishing extremely strong.
