Per The University of Washington Press Release…..
SEATTLE – This weekend (Sept. 13-16), Washington State Department of Transportation will close the off-ramps from westbound SR 520 to Lake Washington Blvd. and Montlake Blvd.
However, to accommodate fans traveling to the UW-Hawai’i football game on Saturday, the Montlake Blvd. off-ramp will be open Saturday, beginning at approximately 12:30 p.m. (four hours before kickoff) until approximately two hours after the game ends (roughly 10:00 p.m.).
If you plan to take SR 520 to Husky Stadium and will not arrive until after 12:30 p.m., you should not be affected. Similarly, the closure should have no effect on traffic exiting the game as only the westbound off-ramps are affected (no on-ramps will be closed at any point this weekend).
Additionally, at no point this weekend will SR 520 itself be closed – only those off-ramps. Drivers attempting to reach Husky Stadium on Saturday before 12:30 p.m. can still continue on to the Roanoke/Harvard exit or on to Interstate 5 and reach the stadium via other routes.
