The Washington Huskies Football coaching staff kept working hard during the Labor Day holiday and received some great news on the recruiting front.
Earlier this evening, three-star local tight end Chance Bogan announced his commitment to the University of Washington on a video, via his Twitter account.
Bogan is a talented prospect from Lincoln High School in Tacoma, Washington. He played his freshman and sophomore seasons at Wilson High School before transferring to Lincoln High School.
At 6-foot-4, 205 pounds, Bogan will have plenty of time to add some weight to his frame, as he is a member of the 2022 class.
Bogan is currently ranked as the No. 16 tight end prospect in the nation and the No. 9 overall best player in the state for the 2022 class, according to 247Sports.
He had offers from Tennessee, Colorado, Oregon State, Utah, Arizona State, Nevada and more.
Bogan is the second UW commit in the 2022 class, along with four-star wide receiver Germie Bernard. The Husky coaching staff has made the offensive side of the ball a top priority so far for the 2022 class.
