BREAKING: Defensive Back Vincent Nunley Commits To Washington

The Washington Huskies Football coaching staff’s effort to continue refilling its pipeline of talented defensive backs continued today.

Earlier this afternoon, three-star defensive back Vincent Nunley announced his commitment to the University of Washington via his Twitter account.

Nunley is a star from Freedom High School in Oakley, California.  With Washington head coach Jimmy Lake taking over the helm, defensive backs coach Will Harris extended the offer to Nunley himself.

At 6-foot-1, 180 pounds, Nunley is a talented prospect who has the prototypical tall and athletic frame for a cornerback.  He also has the versatility to play at the safety position as well.

He had offers from Utah, Kansas, San Jose State, Utah State, Colorado State, Fresno State, San Diego State and Sacramento State.

The 2021 recruiting class for the Huskies is currently ranked 28th nationally, fifth in the Pac-12 Conference, with 15 total commitments.
